The Artist![]() Melissa Tandiwe Myambo was shortlisted for the 2012 Caine Prize for African Writing.
She is the author of Jacaranda Journals (www.jacarandajournals.com), a collection of short stories set in Zimbabwe. Mercy Meals & More is a non-profit program that provides a nutritious beginning to the day for our neighbors in need. Breakfast is served restaurant-style with individual service. Guests are treated with dignity and respect. The goal is to not only provide free meals, clothing and books for those in need, but to also create a healthy atmosphere that builds networks of friendships and a stronger community.

By making affordable sanitary pads, delivering health education and informing policy, ZanaAfrica provides Kenyan girls with the sanitary pads and the health education they need to stay in school and fulfill their dreams.
